High ceilings, natural ventilation and the presence of 2 waterfalls cascading water over a granite surface, replicating the spillway of a hydroelectric generating station in the main gallery, provide a unique backdrop for community and corporate events. Outside is a landscaped public courtyard and park.

The headquarters of Manitoba Hydro, Manitoba Hydro Place is one of the most energy efficient buildings in North America, the only office tower in Canada to receive the LEED Platinum rating and one of the most energy-efficient office towers in the world.

Manitoba Hydro Place main gallery features clear sightlines for entertainment & speakers and is connected to the downtown skywalk system and is conveniently located within walking distance of most downtown hotels, RBC Convention Centre and Bell MTS Place.
