Stop in on your next Zoo visit and enjoy a bite to eat at this 150-seat restaurant while watching polar bears play, sleep or roam their habitat through a 150-foot-wide wall of 9-foot-high windows. It's like no other restaurant experience! Birthday party rooms, after-hours venue space & private boardroom all available for rent.

Invite your guests to the Town of Churchill where they could see polar bears playing while mixing and mingling without ever having to leave the city limits. The Tundra Grill is the final landmark at Assiniboine Park Zoo's world-class Journey to Churchill. Guests will feel as though they have been transplanted onto the tundra as they look through the 150-foot-wide wall of 9-foot-high windows. With a capacity to host up to 140 guests, the Tundra Grill is like no other venue in the city.

Capacity:
Stand-up reception = 140
Sit-down dinner = 100

Timing: available for private events after 6:00 pm when the Zoo is closed.

Food: whether you are looking for a stand-up cocktail reception with hos d'oeuvres or a formal gourmet dinner, our in-house catering team will work with you to create a menu to please your palate.
