Celebrating 40 Years with Style - Renovated rooms at the Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport West

Renovated rooms at the Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport West

Celebrating 40 Years with Style

Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport West welcomes you to their fully renovated property

By: Meetings Winnipeg // February 28, 2017

As they celebrate their 40th year of business, the Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport West has renewed their property to continue offering the best possible stay for their guests. “We have completed an extensive renovation of our guest rooms, our lobby and our conference spaces,” says Neil Fishman, Director of Sales. “Our driving force was our clients. We understand them, we know them and we wanted to plan around them to offer a new experience.”

The meetings and convention space, which covers over 8,000 square feet, has been overhauled to include everything required for todays’ corporate events. Projectors and screens are installed in every room for ease of use and the space can accommodate groups of up to 300 guests. New furniture completes the experience for attendees.

While you’re at the Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport West to do business, they understand that your downtime is important, too. The lobby and guestrooms were stripped down to the studs and redesigned to provide today’s business traveler with the amenities they require. The renovated lounge is larger to accommodate networking opportunities or watch a great game on one of their 9 big screen TV’s and the expanded front desk creates a smooth check-in process for guests.

The other major advantage of the Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport West is their location. “We are especially well situated between the airport and downtown’s major events and attractions,” continues Fishman. “A ten minute ride separates your guests from the airport or fifteen minutes from the RBC Convention Centre, making this a great spot for meetings and facilitating quick rides to catch your flight at the end of your trip. Our complimentary airport shuttle makes your transportation a stress-free experience.”

To round out your experience, the property offers complimentary above ground and underground parking for all guests, plus it’s across the street from The Keg, Shopper’s Drug Mart and many other great shops and restaurants.

“We know that we can offer the space, the service and the experience that meeting and convention planners are seeking,” concludes Fishman. “We are so thrilled to be able to show off the changes in our property and we look forward to hosting groups of all sizes in the months and years ahead.”
